TR-3000 series Fault Recorder has received product approval and certification from Laboratorio de Pruebas de Equipos y Materiales (LAPEM), a Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) organization that provides specialized engineering studies, laboratory and field tests on equipment and materials.
The LAPEM certification enhances the existing AMETEK Digital Fault Recorder presence in Mexico by allowing the TR-3000 to be a standard product offering throughout all traditional CFE substations as well as the renewable energy sector. The TR-3000 is approved for all CFE projects including installations into current and new substations throughout Mexico at all CFE's Generation, Transmission, Distribution and Renewable networks.
This distinguished certification is a tremendous achievement that few Digital Fault Recorder manufacturers have obtained, and a significant milestone for the TR-3000 product line in Mexico.
